Wingman uses DTG to print most orders, this means orders can take 7-10 days to complete.  (even if an item shows in stock, this means the garment is in stock, not necessarily the print)
As soon as we have completed the order,
it is sent via courier to your door.
Delivery usually takes 2 days, but outlying
areas may take up to 7 days.

You should receive an email when placing your order (always check your sneaky spam)

EFT orders may take 2 working days to reflect so please take this time into account when placing your order.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Shopping Guide

How to shop online?

Orders can be placed on our website.You must be 13 years old or older and provide a us with a  shipping and billing address.  Items are saved in the shopping bag for 7 days but don’t wait too long, the items are not reserved.
When you’re finished shopping, click on “Shopping bag” to place your order. Price, will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you’re happy with your order, proceed to checkout.

How do I cancel or edit a placed order?

Log into your Wingman account and select “Pending Orders”. Here, you can edit or cancel pending orders that haven’t been processed yet.


Are my credit card details and personal information safe?

We guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

How can I add a discount to my order?

If you received a discount code you can enter this code at the checkout page… The field for the discount code is located on the right side above the purchased items.
